John Berglund has been in the door and window business since he was fourteen years old, and has learned this construction specialty from many angles: standard and custom door fabrication; welding; installation of windows, doors, millwork and trim; dealer, homeowner and contractor sales, and factory warranty service work.  He started J B Services, LLC in 1998 in response to demand for his expertise in installation.  The business grew to include fabricating custom units, providing glass and repair service for apartment and condominium buildings and doing warranty service work for a number of out-of-state window and door companies, including Loewen Windows of Manitoba, Simonton Windows of Vacaville, CA and Weiland Sliding Doors and Windows of Oceanside, CA.  He is a talented craftsman whose interests include metal and wood sculpture and contemporary architecture. His artistic side can be seen in his simple, yet striking designs and combinations of materials.
